Who am I?
I'm a city girl from Montreal growing into an Andalusian mountain mama, far away from the rat race and the interminable Canadian winters. When I'm not reading, writing, rewriting, I'm usually outside collecting nature's gifts, incorporating these into new recipes and practicing flamenco.
I'm a mother, daughter, lover, neighbour and friend.
I'm also a journalism graduate with an eye for detail, skilled at project management, research and composition. I can spot spelling mistakes and discrepancies with my eyes half closed, and switch between four languages without blinking. I'm specialized in culture, food, travel, health and self-growth. On this site, I'll share fun, personal stories of life in my quirky village.
I manage Casa Paprika music studios and social club, and practice staying zen while doing loads of dishes.
I love dancing with friends, walking alone, and bike riding in cities. I adore crafting with my daughter, cooking in large quantities and making things look pretty, but I'm happiest when stretching on the hillside, reading by the fire or eating fresh seafood barefoot on the beach.
I'm currently transitioning to making a living as a writer, developing patience, resilience and trust in the Universe.
